A Christ-centered financial plan helps you wisely steward what the Lord has entrusted to you. When you include Miracle Hill in those plans, you are providing shelter, food and eternal hope to the children, women, and men who need it most. After you have provided for your loved ones, please prayerfully consider sharing the blessings of your legacy with our life-changing ministry.

  • Charitable Bequest
Creating a will that includes a charity leaves a legacy of eternal significance and gives God the praise for a lifetime of provision. Miracle Hill has partnered with FREEWILL to allow anyone to create a simple will free of charge.
  • Donor Advised Funds
Donor Advised Funds are an easy way and tax-efficient way to manage charitable giving. They allow donors to receive an immediate tax deduction for their charitable contribution and then recommend grants from the fund in the donors own timeframe. If you would like to know more about Donor Advised Funds, click here Donor Advised Funds.
  • Marketable Securities
Transferring securities such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds that have been held for more than one year can be a wise giving option. These type gifts are deductible at the full market value of the security and avoid the impact of capital gain taxes.
  • IRA Distributions
If you are 73 or older, you can give up to $100,000 annually from your IRA as a tax-free rollover gift. These gifts count toward your minimum required distribution, but do not increase your income. You may also name Miracle Hill as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, avoiding significant tax upon death.

Please email us or call 864.631.0150 for details on any of these legacy options.

Throughout the year there are various capital projects that need to be funded in order to maintain and upgrade facilities. Please consider partnering with us on one or more of these opportunities.

Our shelters are continually in need of a number of commonly-used items. In order to best serve our shelters and guests, we feature one greatly-needed item as the ‘item of the month’ for all of our shelters. You can help by hosting a donation drive, collecting items at your church or school, or purchasing the item on our Amazon List. Items can be dropped off at any of our shelter locations, or taken directly to the Food Warehouse.

When You Donate, Miracles Happen

Help Shelter, Feed, Counsel, and Care for Children, Women, and Men Experiencing Homelessness

At Miracle Hill we strive to be good stewards of all monetary donations we receive.

Currently, 86 cents of every dollar received goes directly to program services for the children, women, and men in our care. Only 14 cents of each dollar is used for administrative costs.

Without your help, we couldn’t continue doing what we do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping provide basic needs and so much more as we share God’s unconditional love with those most in need in the Upstate.

Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
