Children are our most precious – and vulnerable people. We have a responsibility to love, protect, and nurture them.
Miracle Hill Children’s Ministries
Providing Loving Homes. Strengthening Families.
Miracle Hill directly answers God’s call in James 1:27, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…”
Through our Foster Care Program and Foster Care Community (formerly Miracle Hill Children’s Home), Miracle Hill helps children who need a loving home find Christian foster parents to care for them. At our Family Ministry Center we also work with biological parents and families, strengthening them as they strive for reunification. Here, we also provide a safe space with games, toys, and more for family visits.
Most of all we share God’s love with the message “you matter.” And when children feel loved, they are comforted in even the toughest of times.

Miracle Hill’s Foster Care Community
Giving Children Compassion, Structure, and Unconditional Love
Miracle Hill Ministries operates a A Foster Care Community (formerly Miracle Hill Children’s Home) located in Pickens County.
At Miracle Hill, families who foster have two different options. A family can become licensed foster parents and have children live in their own personal homes, or families can choose to live in one of Miracle Hill’s seven homes in our foster care community located in Pumpkintown, SC.

What to Expect as a Potential Foster parent
We try to make the transition to a foster home as easy as possible. Miracle Hill serves as a child placement agency that also helps Christian families gain their foster care license. When a family decides to foster, our trained staff will walk them through each step of the process. This requires home visits, paperwork, and trainings, and takes approximately six months to complete.
We make sure our foster parents are equipped with the tools they need to successfully foster a child coming from a traumatic situation, as they provide loving, Christ-centered homes.
