Intern with Miracle Hill Ministries

"Love one another as I have loved you." John 13:34

Miracle Hill Ministries wants to invest in the lives of mission-minded men and women to pass on the faith and mission of our organization. We offer semester-long internship programs for passionate, Christ-following college students. Our internships allow students to receive hands-on opportunities to work in a Christian non-profit while growing in their faith and professional skills.

Our internships are best suited for those pursuing an undergraduate degree. At this point in time we are not able to accommodate for graduate level interns.

Step 2

Interview

Our interview process consists of two interviews: one phone interview and one in-person interview. Once we receive and review your application, applicants who are chosen for the first round of interviews will receive a request for a 20-minute call with our Intern Coordinator. Supervisors will select the top two candidates to interview in person. If selected, your second interview will be in person with your potential supervisor.

Step 3

Get Ready

After an intern candidate is selected for the position, an offer will be made. Upon selection, interns will work with their supervisor and the Intern Coordinator to designate a start date and schedule.

During the onboarding process:

  • The intern will receive an Intern Agreement to read and sign
  • Interns will sign our Doctrinal Statement
  • Complete the volunteer requirements for full clearance into our shelters
  • Attend New Employee Orientation
  • May attend other trainings, as assigned by supervisor

Step 4

During your Internship

Our interns spend the majority of their time on their daily assigned tasks. Interns will meet as a group once per week to receive teaching, debrief on their experiences, and grow together as a cohort. Interns also meet once per week with their supervisor to check-in professionally, personally, and spiritually.
