Meals on Wheels

Enhances the lives of homebound individuals by providing nutritious meals, personal contact and related services to nearly 1,500 seniors throughout Greenville County each day.

Miracle Hill Free Clinic at Miracle Hill Rescue Mission – Spartanburg

Open on the first Saturday of each month from 8:00 am to noon on a first come first serve basis. Space is very limited.  Staffed by volunteers, services include medical, dental and optometry when available. The clinic is open to our clients and the surrounding community.
